During the promotion period, members need to provide proof that their account type is VIP in other websites will have their M88 account upgraded accordingly.
Member must provide proof to customer service during the period mentioned above. Proof can be a screenshot showing the username and level of the account.
Qualified member will be upgraded in the next day once verified. Member will have 30 Days to fulfill the tier points required to maintain the upgraded level. If member did not meet the requirement, the member will be downgraded vip level down automatically.

All tie/draw/refund/declined/void/cancelled bets, and bets at decimal odds below 1.50 (Malay odds 0.50; HK odds 0.50; Indo Odds -2.00) will not be included in the calculation for turnover &/or rollover requirement (when applicable).
